What is your return and exchange policy?We accept returns on non made-to-order items and fascinators within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us for return or exchange instructions.

Standard shipping, once your order is made, typically takes 2-4 business days within the UK, 5-10 days to the US/EU, and 7-21 days worldwide. Express shipping is available upon request.
